About this work
A dense field of saturated red is overlaid with a fine black net or lace pattern that dissolves into torn, cloud-like shapes across the upper half. Below, dark silhouettes suggest the crossed girders and diagonal struts of an industrial crane or bridge structure, with a few pointed, bird-like forms rising from a band of deep blue-black at the bottom edge.
Built up through layered printing -- flat red grounds, fine mesh textures, and sharply cut black silhouettes -- the sheet mixes hard graphic edges with soft, bled color. The interplay of machine-like structure and organic net gives the print a charged, dramatic tension between the industrial and the ephemeral.
