About this work
A cluster of large, smooth boulders occupies the foreground and right side of a rocky shoreline, their rounded forms weathered by water. Beyond them, a calm, pale sea stretches to a faint, hazy horizon under a bright, overcast sky; no figures, umbrellas, or beach activity appear in the scene.
