About this work
A soft, mottled wash of grey and black fills most of the sheet, with faint pink-toned smudges suggesting a hazy, indistinct form hovering in the mist. Below it, a black-lined grid recedes in perspective like a floor or drafting plane, broken along the bottom edge by jagged, lace-textured black silhouettes similar to those in the rest of the series.
Muted, scraped tones replace the saturated red of companion prints, giving this sheet a colder, more subdued register. The combination of a precise linear grid with soft atmospheric haze and torn organic texture creates a dreamy, ambiguous space between structure and dissolution.
