About this work
A nude woman with long blonde hair sits curled on a dark ledge, her back to the viewer, knees drawn up and arms wrapped around herself. She is enclosed on both sides by towering, angular black machine-like structures fitted with large circular discs and small windows, their forms fading into pale mist and an overcast sky in the gap behind her.
