About this work
A tall silver coffee pot with a scrolled handle and swan-neck spout is grouped with a matching creamer, an empty cup, and a white porcelain bowl heaped with ripe strawberries, their green calyxes still attached. One strawberry sits apart on the cloth in front of the group, and a small dark figurine stands between the vessels.
