About this work

Fine pen-line etching of houseplants arranged in pots along a shelf: a tall leafy plant at left, a fanned spray of grass-like fronds at center, and further pots toward the right. Miniature elephants move among the foliage, one rearing on its hind legs to reach a leaf, two more standing together at the edge; a tiny zebra figure and scattered birds occupy the lower register, while the WWF panda logo and wordmark are stamped in the upper right corner.

The image is built from dense, scratchy crosshatching in black ink on cream paper, with no color, describing foliage veins and animal forms through varying line density. The dramatic scale shift, tiny elephants dwarfed by houseplants, gives the windowsill scene a whimsical, storybook logic, lightened further by the corner logo's wink at conservation themes.
