About this work
Several nude female figures are arranged in loose, overlapping groups across the print: one sits cross-legged in the foreground, another reclines along the top edge with knees drawn up, a third sits at the right leaning back, and two more huddle together at bottom right. A small crouching figure appears at the lower left, and bold block letters spelling 'RECYCLE OR DIE' are placed among the bodies.
The image is rendered entirely in scratchy black ink line on cream paper, with loose cross-hatching for hair, shadow and folds of flesh. The drawing has a raw, sketch-like immediacy and a deliberately grotesque, comic exaggeration of the bodies, while the interruption of bold printed text gives the composition a satirical, poster-like edge.
