About this work
A dense bouquet of lilac branches fills a round-bellied glass vase set on a wooden tabletop, its heavy clusters of pale violet, pink-white and mauve blossoms cascading over the rim and large heart-shaped leaves framing the flowers on both sides. The vase's glass catches faint reflections, grounding the arrangement against a plain, softly mottled backdrop.
